Which aluminum alloys do you offer?
Foundry alloys such as AlSi7 (A356/A357), AlSi10 (A360), AlSi10MnMg (EN AC-43500), AlSi11 (A383/ADC12), 319/B319, 380 and 413, plus custom compositions. For extrusion billets, 6xxx series (6063, 6061) and 1xxx. The full table is on the specialty alloys page.
Can you supply low-iron alloys?
Yes, by melting primary aluminum (P1020/P0610): A356.2 with Fe ≤ 0.12%, A357 with Fe ≤ 0.09% and AlSi10MnMg with Fe ≤ 0.15%.
What formats and weights do you offer?
Ingot of approx. 11 kg per piece; doughnut (ring) of approx. 1 kg; and extrusion billet 7 in (178 mm) in diameter and approx. 3.7 m long. If your process needs a different weight or diameter, we assess feasibility.
Do you provide a chemical analysis certificate?
Yes, every batch comes with its chemical analysis certificate. Composition is verified before pouring with a Thermo Scientific ARL 3460 spectrometer calibrated against certified reference standards.
Are you ISO 9001 certified?
Yes, the current certification is ISO 9001:2015.
What is the minimum order?
We serve everything from trial orders to continuous supply contracts. Write to us with your alloy, format and volume and we will define it together.
What is the lead time?
For standard alloys at moderate volumes, typically 1 to 3 weeks. It depends on volume, alloy and schedule; we confirm it when quoting.
Do you manufacture extrusions?
No: extrusion is not our own production. We arrange it as a special order through a commercial partner. What we produce ourselves is the ingot, the doughnut, the billet and the alloys.
Can you document the origin of the aluminum?
Yes, on request. When your customer or your regulations require North American origin content (USMCA, Section 232), we document origin heat by heat for the order that needs it. It is not a default requirement on all our metal.
Who is behind DeAluminio?
DeAluminio is a brand endorsed by Transformación Puebla, an aluminum alloy producer founded in 1988 with a plant in Puebla, Mexico. We are a direct producer and 100% Mexican-owned.
How do I request a quote?
Email ventas@dealuminio.xyz with your alloy, format, volume and delivery frequency. We are available Monday to Friday 8:00-18:00 and Saturday 9:00-14:00. We do not publish prices: each quote is prepared to your specification.
